Minutes of the last meeting were read individually and approved.

Treasurer’s report:

Home Association starting balance $309.78

Income $6,500.19

Expenses $6,704.00

Transferred to Real-estate Fund $2,000.00

Ending balance $105.97

Building Fund balance $3,908.38

Home Association Re Estate Tax Fund balance $13681.52

Financials accepted red.

Manager’s report: Remodel is officially completed, done, put to bed.

Old Business: Bid to r-carpet dining room and vinyl flooring for dance area is $11.404.00. Motion passed to accept bid and forward it to the membership.

New Business: All home members were given copy of proposed by-laws. Motion passed to forward document to general membership. Walk through, all items complete except chair repair (Doc). The caulking around building needs redoing (Julian). Price to re-do blocks around flag pole is $200.00. Motion passed to allot up to $400.00 (Chef Bill). Cracked tile at east ballroom entrance needs replacing(tabled).
