Treasurer’s report:
Home Association starting balance $8,000.28

Transferred to Real-estate Fund $2,500.00

Home Association Re Estate Tax Fund balance $14,370.54
Financials accepted as corrected.

Manager’s report:
Henny Penny pressure cooker installed. Ballroom
remodels progressing.

Old Business:
Julian will install magnets in Ballroom bathrooms and
North West door.

New Business:
Allen, Julian, Doc installed stainless steel on main bar
back surface. Lawn mowing service requested a $5.00 increase to
$45.00 per mowing; approved. No another increase for 2 yrs. Chairs
need repairing. Doc and Joe will do. 1 item on walkthrough, assigned.
