January 22nd, 2019

Meeting called to order by Julian Hynnek, President, at 7:00 PM
Roll call:

Minutes of the last meeting were read individually and approved.

Treasurer’s report:
Home Association starting balance $1,690.91
Income $6,500.34
Expenses $6,691.25
Transferred to Real-estate Fund $3,291.65
Ending balance $1,500.00
Building Fund balance $3,979.93
Home Association Re Estate Tax Fund balance $11,870.70
Financials accepted as read.

Manager report:
Working on Grand hall renovation. AT&T inquired if
we would be interested in a Cell Phone antenna on our roof and they
will get back to us if they decide they want to use us.

Old Business:
Discussion on door openers to comply with fire code.
Grand Hall men’s room exhaust still needs fixing.

New Business:
Parking lot rental from BMW increased by $1,000.00 per
month. Grand Knight appointed Joe Beckrich to replace Ned O’Doherty
as of July 1 st on Home Association for the remainder of his term. Grand
Knight appointed Dom Violante as treasurer to replace Jim Kupiecki as
of Jan 22 nd , 2019 on Home Association for the remainder of his term.
Three items on walk through, all assigned.

Next month’s meeting is Feb 26 th .
