Home Association Meeting

July 23, 2019

 

Meeting called to order by Julian Hynnek, President, at 7:04 PM

Roll call:

Election of officers: Dom Violante-Treasurer, President-Julian Hynnek, Doc Williams-secretary, Vice President-Bill Welden.

Minutes of the last meeting were read individually and approved.

 

Treasurer’s report:

Home Association starting balance $1,500.00

Income $6,500.31

Expenses $7,690.53

Transferred to Real-estate Fund $2,000.00

Ending balance $309.78

Building Fund balance $3,908.38

Home Association Re Estate Tax Fund balance $11,181.44

Financials accepted as. Cloth chairs will be cleaned on Monday & Tuesday of next week starting at 9 AM. 

 

New Business:

Walk through – 1 item, Julian will do. Julian has copy of new bylaws that Supreme has proposed for anyone to see.

 

Manager’s report:

Workers doing detail finishing work.

 

Old Business:

North side doors have been ordered. Carpet for Dining room acquired from Bartolotta Ralph can’t be matched.

Price for new dining room floor is around $12,000 installed if we prepare floor.

Combination of Carpet from Ralph & Chaney Carpet identified as a possibility to reduce cost.

Joe & Curt will get opinion from some Ladies Auxiliary members on second option

Rocks around flag pole are in bad shape and Chef Bill would like to re-do them.

Ned will ask for estimate.

 

Next month’s meeting is August 27th
