Manager’s report: New gas line to building installed, BMW negotiations on-going

Old Business: Grand hall tile repair – Will use tile similar to what’s in front of elevator $ 200 for marble replace OK’d – Curt E to use his contact. Bill W to schedule/coordinate A/C filter cleaning on roof, popcorn machine kettle defect, looking for new kettle, Ned to schedule/coordinate exterior spot paint effort.
