Minutes of the last meeting were read individually and approved.

Treasurer’s report:
Home Association starting balance $2,138.25
Income $6,500.21

Transferred to Real-estate Fund $1,358.07

Home Association Re Estate Tax Fund balance $20,037.81
Financials accepted.

Manager’s report:
Carpet to be installed Monday AM.

Old Business:
Julian hasn’t gotten to calking at east wall. He will do at
first opportunity.

New Business:
Volunteers will arrive at 4:30 Sunday PM to remove
carpet. Need several people to put dining room back together Tuesday
starting 1PM. Need steps from east door to public sidewalk to
accommodate south parking lot this winter. Bill Weldon will head-up.
New keys for tool room were given to Curt, Bill, Joe and Julian / Doc
already have one. Walk through, 11 items, all assigned.
