Meeting called to order by Julian Hynnek, President, at 7:00 PM

Minutes of the last meeting were read individually and approved.

Treasurer’s report:

Home Association starting balance $1,500.00

Income $6,500.23

Expenses $6,161.40

Transferred to Real-estate fund $2,500.00

Ending balance $1,838.83

Building fund balance $1,981.16

Home Association real estate tax fund balance $10,132.76

Financials accepted.

Manager’s report: BMW wants us to consider a proposal to buy south parking lot and build a ramp on it that we can use.

Old Business: Walk through, 3 items assigned. We discussed when to re-carpet the pool room. Consensus was to wait until after Easter. Discussion was taken to put speed bumps on north drive way. We will consider again next spring.

New Business: Discussion taken on putting excess money over $1,500 ending balance, into building fund. Consensus was to put maximum in tax fund. Home Assn gave Ras permission to listen to BMW proposal on south parking lot.

Next month’s meeting is Feb 25th
